Small Heart with Art Has Signed the Memorandum of Cooperation with Pechersk Administration of Kyiv

On September 19, 2016 Small Heart with Art together with ECUO PLWH have signed the Memorandum of understanding and cooperation with Administration of the Pechersk district of Kyiv.

The organizations consolidate their efforts in implementation of “The nation-wide target social program of counteraction of HIV/AIDS infection” which purpose is reduction in the burden of disease and mortality from HIV/AIDS, providing high-quality and available services in prevention and diagnosis of HIV infection, first of all to key groups of the population.

Signers of the Memorandum will promote optimization of treatment delivery and social services, formation of the tolerant attitude of society towards the people living with HIV for the purpose of overcoming their discrimination.

The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the Chairman of the board of Small Heart with Art public organization Evgenia Smirnova, the President of the East Europe and Central Asia Union of People living with HIV Vladimir Zhovtyak and the Chairman of Pechersk regional public administration of Kyiv Sergey Martynchuk.
