Olga combines the work of a lawyer with scientific activity – she is the head of the department of intellectual property and civil law disciplines of the Kiev Institute of Intellectual Property and Law of the National University “Odessa Law Academy”.
He received two higher education and defended his dissertation. Specialist in civil, family and private international law.
In her arsenal – cool lectures for legal and scientific schools on intellectual property, special appearances in curricula – such as “Creative Law and Business” (2018 – Institute of Law, Technologies and Innovations, Kharkov).
Olga wrote monographs and became the author of teaching aids and textbooks, writes articles and knows how to solve problematic issues of copyright. She can tell all the subtleties about the balance between the right to the object of art and the right of man to his own image.
Interested in media law, media rights and intellectual property rights. And of course – the rights of children with special medical needs. Olga is our supervisor, who is able to solve all the difficult questions, establish justice and support us in the most bold initiatives.
