Our friends visited us. This is a particularly pleasant story as the Trans-Atlantic Medical Relief Foundation, Inc has been supporting our project for almost two years. How exactly? It is one of the most important questions. These very cool people joined us in the payment for the teachers of the Superheroes School .
Our entire team Small Hearts with Art met with doctors Shawn Yunayev and Inna Vron-Yunayev, the president and secretary of the Trans-Atlantic Medical Relief Foundation , Inc. Both Shawn and Inna are from Ukraine. An idea of helping children in the hospital was a common decision for them. They had a chance to visit “Сніданку з 1+1” and tell about their collaboration with the Superheroes School and “OHMATDYT” hospital. As they told: “Children who are forced to lie in hospitals have problems not only with their health but also with their moral and psychological problems. Thus, teachers are helping them in becoming adult and healthy people.”
Our friends shared the peculiarities of the American medical system from their own experience gained in the US and, moreover, found common grounds of the US medical system with the provisions of the medical reform in Ukraine. What, for example? Need for family doctors and various ambulances.
Trans-Atlantic Medical Relief Foundation supports women who are deprived of the civil rights. It works in order to increase a level of health-сare throughout the world. The Foundation is engaged in medical education, disease prevention and helps in finding required medical resources.
We look forward for the next meetings and prepare for new joint projects.
