We are announcing new calls for bids for renovation work at the Superheroes Schools!

We are creating two new educational centres of the state institution “Superheroes School”:

at the healthcare facility municipal enterprise “Children’s City Clinical Hospital” of Poltava City Council, located at: 2 Oleksandra Bidnoho St, Poltava, Poltava Oblast;

and at the healthcare facility municipal non-commercial enterprise “Odessa Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital” of Odessa Regional Council, located at: 3 Akademika Vorobiova St, Odessa, Odessa Oblast.

The nongovernmental organisation “Small Heart with Art” launched an educational project for children in hospitals in 2016, which continued its existence at the state level through the creation of the state institution “Superheroes School”, and supports its development in every way within the framework of a signed memorandum. Currently, the state institution “”Superheroes School” plans to expand the network of educational centres and open 2 new educational centres at healthcare facilities in Poltava and Odessa. In connection with this, we announce a tender for two current renovation works in the specified cities.

Form: contest for renovation works

To participate in the tender, the following documents must be submitted:

1. Application for participation in the tender with a list of attached documents, certified by the authorised signatory and seal (if available).
2. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations.
3. Tax payer registration extract.
4. Certificate of open bank account.
5. Local cost estimate for current renovation.
6. Contract price for current renovation.

All proposals must be developed in accordance with the Ukrainian construction cost-estimating standards, namely the Guidelines for Determining the Cost of Design, Scientific-Design, Survey Works and Expert Review of Design Documentation for Construction, approved by Order No. 281 of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine dated 1 November 2021.

Procedure for selecting the tender winner:

During the winner selection meeting, which is formed into a working group comprising representatives of the nongovernmental organisation, healthcare facilities and the state institution “Superheroes School”, the winner shall be determined by voting for the most advantageous contract price proposal. In doing so, not only pricing parameters will be taken into account, but also the experience and reputation of the contractor, which will be verified based on an analysis of open sources. The winner selection will be carried out with the aim of maximising benefit and ensuring high quality service delivery.

General information for the future tender winner

The tender winner will be required to sign a contract and the relevant cost documentation prior to commencement of works.
Scope of works: the works must comply with the developed and provided space visualisation.

The primary requirement is the implementation of the visualised design, using branded photo wallpapers, vinyl floor tiles, and installation of an interactive panel.

Timeline for works: all works must be completed within 2 months from the date of contract signing and receipt of advance payment. Project completion must occur no later than 31 October 2024, unless additional conditions are defined by the contract terms, through the signing of a Works Completion Act.
