Gifts everyone was waiting for – 120 Essentials Kits

Every year we write new stories about things that change the lives of children. It happens that sometimes there are children at the HIV department of NSCH “OKHMATDYT” have never had their own cup or comb. These children are not from the best families, sometimes from orphanages or from parents who often do not care about their children. Unfortunately, such little ones sometimes lack personal belongings. First of all, they need simple household treasures, which we often find commonplace: toothpaste and a brush, underwear, a towel. That is why, every year we prepare and pack 120 sets of essentials for those who lack simple joy.

This year, we managed to collect all the kits in January – on the eve of Generous evening, our volunteers gave out 120 packages for children from the HIV department. All due to the generous support of our friends – Baker Tilly, the Ukrainian audit and accounting gurus. Throughout the office, they set up a fundraiser and launched friendly posts on Facebook to get everything we needed for the sets. What was the result? We packed the most necessary things for 120 children and also prepared surprises – toys. After all, cups are good but no one shall forget about the holidays! Therefore, this year Kits of essentials hid in themselves additional toys and gifts. Surprised eyes and smiles of children are our main motivation, thank you for supporting us!
